World TB Day 2020

World TB Day falls on March 24th each year and commemorates the date in 1882 when Dr. Robert Koch announced the discovery of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the cause of tuberculosis.

To mark World TB Day, Thorax and BMJ Open Respiratory Research have compiled a collection of the cutting edge research into tuberculosis that has been published in the journals in the last few years. All the papers collected here have been made free to read in order to advance the dissemination of TB research that is vital in the fight to eliminate tuberculosis.
