  • Coefficients and ORs obtained from the logistic Group Lasso model with alpha optimization for clinical and MRI variables best explaining the disease outcome. BPD is graded according to Jobe et al and dichotomised (mild, moderate and severe BPD vs no BPD; moderate/severe BPD vs no/mild BPD). Total and regional values are indicated for T1 and T2 relaxation times, that is, upper right, lower right, upper left and lower left lung quadrant.
