    Abstract

    Three case reports of patients with bronchial carcinoma who presented with visual disturbances due to ocular metastases are described. The reasons for the rarity of this syndrome are discussed and its frequent association with cerebral metastases is explained. Cytotoxic drugs provide short-term effective therapy.
