To the Editor,
Dr Rowell's interesting letter [4] provides a welcome opportunity to address some of the issues relating to the generalizability of the results from the randomized controlled trial of CHART vs. conventional radiotherapy in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) [5]. Three main concerns are raised by Dr Rowell and we will briefly comment on each of these.
