The lymph nodes of 2–3 mice were pooled and the obtained LNCs were cultured (42 h) with concanavalin A (2.5 μg/ml).
IL-2, IL-4, IL-10, IL-13 and IFNγ were measured in LNC supernatant by ELISA. Experimental groups are as in figure 2. Data are presented as mean±SD. n=3–5 values per group.
