Correlation matrix for log total serum IgE and IgE dependent phenotypes in the Leeds families

| Associations between “doctor diagnosed” asthma, log IgE quantitative trait, and the qualitative traits of atopy or skin prick test reactivity to D farinae, D pteronyssinus, grass, cat, and Alternaria alternata were examined using covariate analysis and a correlation matrix. The results showed close correlation between log IgE and other dependent traits in which all Pearson’s r values were strongly significant (p<0.001). | ||||||||
