Time course of myeloperoxidase (MPO) activities in U/ml in lung tissues of bleomycin (BLM) treated and control ICR mice. Maximum activity was seen at 12 hours after BLM treatment and was significantly higher than in normal saline (NS) control mice. MPO activities of NS group remained low and stable.
