Pandemic flu: clinical management of patients with an influenza-like illness during an influenza pandemic

IMPORTANT ERROR: Appendix 3, page i37. After the question "Does the patient have pneumonia?", the flow chart incorrectly directs the reader down the left side for the management if the answer is yes, and down the right side if the answer is no. These should be the opposite way around. A corrected pdf of this flow chart is posted here.
