| Neutrophils were incubated with TNFα (100 U/ml) and/or GM-CSF (0.1 nM) for 3 hours in vitro. RNA was isolated and used for generating radioactively labelled cDNA which was hybridised with Atlas array filters. Membranes were analysed using PhosphorImager and Image Quant software.
