Fas and Fas ligand expression in cystic fibrosis airway epithelium

Mean fluorescence intensities for Fas ligand and Fas staining in human SV40-transformed tracheal epithelial cell lines with CF (CFT-2) and normal (NT) genotype (fluorescence activating cell sorting). Measures are expressed for unstimulated cells (basal) and after stimulation with tumour necrosis factor-α (TNF-α ) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) (n= 6)
